Terms of Service
Before commissioning me, please be sure to read and fully understand the following terms.If what you see isn't enough examples, you may contact me to see my private portfolio.By commissioning me, you confirm that you read and understood the following terms. If you have any inquiries, you may contact me through my various provided socials. Violation of these terms may result in a blacklist or block.
Design Terms of Service
- If you are purchasing an open/closed species design from me, all species TOS apply including my own.
- Owners of my designs may edit and change the design however they wish.
- Commercial use of my designs or artwork is prohibited unless in the making of a fursuit or other one-off merchandise for personal use only. OR if you purchase a commercial license from me.
- To discuss the use of a commercial license, please contact me.
- Owners may resell my designs for the base value only unless other monetary value has been added to the character.
- Scamming either directly against me or to another who is purchasing my design is absolutely prohibited and will result in a blacklist.
Payment/Refund Policy
- By commissioning, adopting, or owning my designs you are automatically agreeing to my TOS. Violation may result in a blacklist or temporary ban.
- All payments are accepted in USD via PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo. NOW ACCEPTING KO-FI.
- Payment plans are only acceptable for larger commission or custom types that exceed $100 OR if you’re a repeat buyer.
- Payment plans must be followed on the buyers behalf and must be fulfilled upon the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may result in rejection and refund.
- Payment is required upon sketch approval. No exceptions.
- Commission work will only continue after payment has been paid in full.
- In the case that art or other products have been bartered for trade in the place of USD, all forms of payment must be completed before the commission or design trade can be completed on my end.
- If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, refunds will be granted fully.
- Refunds may be granted in the case of emergency or outside factors that I find are acceptable.
- However, if the sketch has been approved by you and I begin to complete your commission, partial refunds may be granted. Note: I will charge $15 per hour spent on your commission. Ex. A commission has been paid in full for $50, and after the full color stage, you desire a refund due to real-life circumstances. I have spent 2 hours on your commission, therefore I will keep $30 of the commission paid for. Timestamps will be kept through Procreate’s timing and can be requested. I work fast after the sketch is completed in most cases, this is strictly insurance on my part. Note: I will keep files if you wish to continue your partial refund at a later date.

- Turnaround time varies on my que, but I will generally provide a timeline upon discussion.
- My que has been moved to Trello and can be viewed via the link on my home page.
- I have the right to refuse service at any point that I see fit.
- Work-in-progresses (WIPs) will be provided and may be requested at any time during the commission phase.
- I retain all the rights to my art. All completed commissions, customs, and designs will be entered into my social media que. However, if you wish for me to refrain from posting your commission or custom, or refrain from tagging you publicly, please notify me asap.What I Will Draw
